New product development Our expertise is in developing new products to meet customer briefs.

We develop private label custom made products for our customers with a particular focus in wet wipes, pads and other advanced substrate areas. You can choose to either use our in-house specially developed formulations to produce highly effective products or we can alternatively use your liquid, as required.

We have a very experienced R&D team who have many years of experience within the creation of formulations across many categories and we use this experience to offer products in Health & Beauty, Medical, Petcare, Automotive, Household, Industrial as well as other product areas. Our technical experts also have extensive knowledge of fabrics ensuring that all substrates used are purpose selected and type specific.

Our manufacturing facilities are based at a number of geographical locations around the world. Each production site has a specific speciality. All factories are ISO 9001 and FDA accredited and contain highly trained QA and QC personnel who ensure that the finished product meets the expectations of our customers.

We have UK and European warehousing facilities where we are able to hold stocks to meet your specific requirements.

Our minimum order quantities are very flexible depending upon the product in question and we have highly competitive costs.

We can produce products in the following types of packaging:

Sachets – Single or double sachets (many different sizes)
Flowpacks (softpacks) with re-sealable label
Flowpacks (softpacks) with plastic flip top lid
Plastic boxes
Canisters (many sizes)
Buckets (up to very large size)
